topic, but those who are looking for details on 13th belts will be able to see quite a few in the book:

There are many illustrations and extant pieces shown. Unfortunately for us, it
starts right smack at 1200 and goes to about
mid 16th century. I suggest finding this on
Inter Library Loan if you want a good feel for belts in the high middle ages. Nice photographs, easy to pick out the
date and location, even if you don’t read
German.
