I need help in making
a bliaut kind of dress, or just really any dress present in the middle ages with bell sleeves
that grabs under the bust.
Please help me, I’ve got about a month to make it.
Thanks.

A month should be
plenty of time! Whatever technique you choose (there are several ideas out there for
how to cut and assemble a bliaut and its undergown), they are pretty easy to make. The biggest problem you
will have, really, it picking a pattern to go
with.
Several online how-to documents for making this gown are
below:

our article links page (the above are listed there, but there
are also further articles with
background/related information which you may or may not find useful):

Also, please feel free to ask us as you go. We’re pretty good
at answering questions.
Lady Marguerie de Jauncourt, who is still getting used to
being something more than just a
peon 🙂
